Say what you will about the guy, but I admire the guy. I’ve disagreed with some of his thinking, but you can’t deny what an impact he’s had on the worlds of Tech, Entertainment, Media, and Sports. This news has been trumpeted on ESPN, Techcrunch, and Deadline Hollywood Daily (among others). Not many people have that big a presence.
I would say he’s the prime example of personal branding and the only true superstar of the web generation of entrepreneurs. Of non Silicon Valley savvy folks, I bet that people know Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and Mark Cuban, and Gates and Jobs have a generation head start on Cuban.
So, Mark if you see this, keep your chin up. This too shall pass and whatever the outcome you’ll emerge stronger and with more perspective.

Agreed. Mark has always been a front runner on the heels of controversy. As you said, this too shall pass and be water under his tremendously large, diamond encrusted bridge.

Martha Stewart rebounded quite nicely and Cuban will do the same. Should be exciting trial if it goes to that.
